The Highland Park Hurricanes swim team is in Division 10 this year in the NVSL, and the dive team is in Division 5. The official meet schedule is posted in the schedule/calendar tab under meet calendar.

Swim and Dive Team Practice Schedule

AFTER SCHOOL Practice: May 29 – June 15 

Swim practice (Monday–Friday) (5 days a week!)

**Swim Practice will continue with the afternoon schedule on June 15. The first morning practice will be Monday, June 18**

9 & 10 year old 5:45 p.m. 6:30 p.m.
11 & 12 year old 6:30 p.m. 7:15 p.m.


Dive Practice: (Monday–Friday) (5 days a week!)

4:00-5:30 pm or 5:30-7:00 pm (attend only one practice per day)


SUMMER Practice: June 18 - July 27 

Swim practice (Monday–Friday) (5 days a week!)

**The first morning swim practice will be Monday, June 18**

Morning dive time slots are not optional. If there is a conflict for your child please let me know and we will work it out on an individual basis.

While every effort should be made to make as many practices as you can, the coaches understand that there are a lot of conflicts at this time of year until school lets out.  The swim season is short, so it is important that swimmers are in the water as much as possible. If it is too cold or rainy for the outdoor practices, bring sneakers, towels and comfortable clothing so you can participate in dry-land training.
