Welcome!
The Highland Park Swim Team is part the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL). The Hurricane Team is a medium swim team whose focus is on developing good stroke technique, team camaraderie, sportsmanship, and fun!
The Highland Park team welcome children ages 5 to 18 to join the team. Swimmers & Divers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to come give the team a try. Just let the coaches know you are at practice to check out the team.
Highland Park Pool:
- Lane Swimming Pool - 42' x 82' Refurbished in 2017!
- Large Baby Pool - 40' x 20' for children under the age of 7 years
- Diving Well - with two 1m diving boards New Boards in 2018!
- Two Tennis Courts (including a backboard) Refurbished in 2015!
- Sport Courts - for basketball, hockey, volleyball, shuffle board
- Hurricane Hut - serving both hot and cold food, soda & snacks
- Bath House - built in 2008
- Picnic area - with 12 picnic tables and two charcoal grills
